Features
Expense Tracking
Record your expenses by category (e.g., Food Items, Clothing-Footwear, Car Expenses, etc.). The categorization depends on you. You can modify the existing setup!
Charts & Insights (Statistics – Graphs)
Classifications and visualizations of expenses are provided (see the “Statistics” screenshot), to help you better understand and evaluate them, and to improve or revise your planning.
Optional Cash Management Tool
You have the option to monitor your cash balance (cash + deposits) as a single total. In this case, you will simply need to also record your income.
Help & User Guide
When you open the application, a short guide appears, and there is also a detailed program description in the Guidance menu (“Help” screenshot). Additionally, you will receive further support via email communication!
Knowledge – Experience -- User Skills
No accounting knowledge is required!
Almost all operations are done through a single form (Expenses)!

The application has been tested and runs on all Microsoft Access versions!
